Mithos! How're you? [ He's going to totally forget the purpose of the call for a moment to just say Hi to one of his best buddies. ;~; ]

Ge--Genis...

[ You don't see it. But Genis flails a bit, nearly dropping his dreamberry before picking it up quickly and holding it up to his ear. ]

M-Mithos?! What's wrong?

What... what's wrong...?

[ Now you're scaring your friend here, Mithos. o.O ]

Uh...You were crying. Now you...Mithos where are you? [ He'll just come to check on you. ]

DON'T COME HERE! I... I...

This is my fault... my fault... my...

I-I...Why not?!

[ Genis just wants to help Mithos. He's been pretty useless this entire time. ]

What's your fault? What's wrong? Tell me so I can help! [ The twelve-years-old is shaking out of worry because as of right now. Mithos is the only one who's worrying him. He doesn't know abou--he doesn't really know what he's asking for at this point. ]

Genis, don't come here. Please.

[ He pauses for a moment. This can't be just--Eridan had left who else was Lloyd antagonizing?! This can't be like the other time because Genis had promised himself he would actually do something for his friend. ]

Lloyd? What's wrong with Lloyd? [ He doesn't want to assume but people don't get hysterical for fun. ] Please, Mithos, you have to tell me. He's my best friend, you have to tell me.

Genis--stop--stop asking me that!

I...[ He doesn't know what else to ask. ]

I just want to help.

M-Mithos? Are you okay?

He's hurt.

Whe--What can I do to help? [ He just...he wants to help this time. ]

[ He pauses for a brief moment, wanting to curl up somewhere. ] ...how can I help you then? [ Since he's sure Lloyd will be taken care of. ]

Despise you? [ That causes him to think for a moment. ] W-Why would I despise you, Mithos?

...n-nevermind, Genis. Just... nevermind!

But, Mithos. [ His own...sadness is heard over the other end of the phone. ] I just...want to help you. [ If he couldn't help Lloyd...and he knew that because he couldn't heal people. He wasn't a good fighter. He wasn't a good...anything really. ]

I--I'll come to you later... is that all right?
